When we say galvanized expanded metal, there will be three ways of them:
- Material is low carbon steel sheet, then make them into expanded metal, and zinc coating them up to 300g or more by hot dipped galvanizing way.
- Material is low carbon steel sheet, then make them into expanded metal, and zinc coating them about 40-60g by electric or cold galvanizing way.
- Material is galvanized steel sheet, then make them into expanded metal directly.
Galvanized expanded metal is not easy to get rust, and it is shining and bright in surface.
Galvanized expanded metal mesh is uniform and does not elongate. The light and rigid mesh is strong against impact. Handling and execution are very simple, slip stopping is high, and easy execution is economical, assisted by good day lighting and ventilation.
Galvanized expanded metal is widely used in buildings and construction, maintenance of equipments, making of arts, covering screen. Also fencing for super highway, studio, highway. Heavy expanded metal can be used as step mesh of oil tanks, working platform, corridor and walking road for heavy model equipment, boiler, big ships. Also serve as reinforcing bar in construction, railway and bridges.
